Refund policy

 

At this time we only offer returns. Please contact us for return information - orders@buzzandblossom.com

Returns must be made ASAP within 2 weeks of receiving your order - we cannot accept orders damaged by wear and tear. Unless there was a mistake on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Include your order number and reason for return. All items must be unworn and in new condition. Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected.

Sales on discounted/sale and seasonal items are final and returns will not be accepted.
